Group Health, Disability and Life Insurance
Numerous health insurance plans such as indemnity, PPO, Point of Service and Medical Savings Accounts, underwritten by the industry's top carriers, are available through the WDAIP. Our licensed staff will take the time to determine what your specific needs are and then find the plan that is right for you.

The WDA has endorsed Wisconsin Physicians Service Insurance Corp. (WPS®) as the carrier for the WDA Group Health insurance plan which is only available to members of the WDA and their employees.

With exclusive features for WDA members, the WPS Preferred Advantage Plus plan is a superior preferred provider plan (PPO) that offers WDA members and their employees with comprehensive coverage, freedom of choice, proven cost saving strategies and flexible plan options.

Some of the exclusive features for WDA members include:

  • Lifetime coverage for retirees

  • Extended coverage for life for widowed spouses

  • Continuous coverage for spouses (under age 65) of WDA members with a Medicare Supplement plan.

  • Coverage for unmarried dependent children to age 19 and full time students to age 25.

    Group Auto & Group Homeowners Insurance
    The WDA has endorsed West Bend Mutual Insurance Company's "Association Plus" Home and Highway Program. WDA members and their employees qualify for favorable discounts.

    West Bend Mutual has introduced TravelNet, an optional 24 hr. emergency roadside service available to all Home & Highway policyholders. TravelNet provides emergency roadside service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It covers towing, flat tire repair, gasoline delivery, battery jump starts, lockouts and minor repairs up to a $50 limit. Coverage is provided anywhere in the United States and Canada.

    Section 125 Plans
    A Section 125 Cafeteria Plan provides the option for employees to select certain benefits normally paid on an after-tax basis and, through salary reduction, pay for these benefits on a pre -tax basis. By offering a Section 125 plan, employers are able to realize a number of benefits including: Reduced Payroll Costs, Cost Control, Address the needs of a diverse workforce, recruit and retain quality employees.

    Long Term Care Insurance

    Workers Compensation Coverage
    Through CNA, this WDA program was developed to help better manage the cost of workers compensation insurance for its participants. By pooling dental offices into one large group, CNA is able to identify trends and offer risk management strategies to our dentists.

    Paid Dental of Wisconsin, Inc.
    Effective January 1, 1999, WDAIP was given oversight responsibility of the Paid Dental program. Through the efforts of Midwest Security Insurance Co. of Onalaska, WI, home office personnel and their high quality agency field force Paid Dental has found a very important niche market - voluntary benefits. Employers with 10+ employees who do not offer dental plans for whatever reason can give their employees access to Paid Dental on a voluntary payroll deduction basis. The Paid Dental plan is 100% FEE FOR SERVICE.
